Cancellation Policy

Please note that in the event of a booking cancellation, fees will apply.

Cancellations are never pleasant for either party; however, we are always committed to finding a satisfactory solution for our guests. Therefore, when making your booking, you have the option to purchase a hotel cancellation insurance. We encourage you to take advantage of this to avoid unnecessary costs and complications.

Cancellation Fees:

• Up to 3 months before the start of the trip = no cancellation fee
• 12 to 4 weeks before the start of the trip = 40% of the booking price
• 4 to 1 week before the start of the trip = 70% of the booking price
• In the last week before the start of the trip = 90% of the booking price
• In case of early departure = 100% of the remaining rental price

The General Terms and Conditions of the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006) apply.
